Cristina Wolters

Cristina is an experienced finance professional specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate taxation. She has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant in professional services firms and as a global corporate executive working with governments and large domestic and international pension funds investing in infrastructure projects.

Cristina is a Chartered Accountant, has a Master of Taxation from the University of Melbourne and a Senior Executive MBA from the Melbourne Business School and is Fellow of The Tax Institute and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Cristina has extensive experience as a non-executive director at commercial and for-purpose organisations, including as chair of finance and risk committees.
