Natalie McDonald

CEO Quantum Support Services

Natalie McDonald

Natalie McDonald was appointed Chief Executive Officer during the Covid19 pandemic in August 2020.

Prior to joining Quantum Natalie was CFO at Austin Health and had worked in Health in NSW and Victoria for more than 10 years. While a member of CPA and beginning her career as a Finance graduate at BHP Billiton Natalie has a range of experience in Strategy, Planning and Operational management.

Her passion for developing staff and creating effective systems and processes have ensured that Quantum’s infrastructure has seen the investment required to underpin growth in service provision.

Natalie is also a Board member of the Council of Homeless People and has been focused on developing partnership opportunities with organisations across the sector.
