Sean Spencer

Sean is a highly experienced senior executive having led acute health, aged, disability, and community services in both NFP and for-profit sectors over the last 30 years.

Prior to joining MCM, he was Director of Aged Care Services at Brotherhood of St Laurence and before that CEO of Healthability where he led the organisation to a successful merger with Carrington Health.

A Registered Nurse for almost 40 years, Sean is a passionate ally for LGBTIQA+ and PVAW advocacy and has an enduring commitment to social justice.
