Healing Oriented Practice
MCM is guided by our Healing Oriented Framework, under which we focus on strengths and opportunities rather than gaps and shortfalls. We prioritise establishing safety and trust in order to build healing relationships and deepen a sense of belonging and togetherness to meaningfully participate in community life. We recognise that recovery is possible for everyone regardless of their circumstances or experiences and we work to instil hope and possibilities.
