MCM is driven by our goal to create long-lasting positive change. Through our advocacy, we help facilitate wider societal shifts that improve the lives of the people we support. Advocacy is an essential tool in our work to drive positive social change, break down barriers and empower people to achieve their best future. We amplify the voices of the people we work with and ensure action is informed by their experiences, backed by workforce consultation and research, and is consistently strengthened by our sector partnerships.  

We support a range of diverse communities, and each approach is tailored to suit the specific needs of each group. From policy reform to in-depth research to larger systemic campaigns, our key pillars are focused on areas where our voice can have the greatest impact.
