The Community Integration and Accommodation Options - CIAO program serves young people under the age of 18 and aims to assist them to develop the skills necessary for healthy and sustainable, independent living within their community of choice. CIAO facilitates a beneficial and meaningful transition from Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) toward self-sufficiency, using a holistic approach, the CIAO program targets interventions to the many facets of adolescent development and wellbeing. The CIAO Lead Tenant program comprises of four properties in Melbourne’s Northwest, with each property housing 2 young people and 2 live in volunteer mentors.
The Case Worker will provide support and services to young people in the Lead Tenant program who are transitioning from the OOHC system into independent adulthood.
