About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused Learning Experience Lead to join our Learning & Development team and take the lead on systems learning across the organisation. This role will play a key part in the Collab Program—a major IT systems transformation involving the implementation and upgrade of critical platforms including HRIS, Client Management, Finance & Operations, Incident & Risk Management, Time and Attendance, and our LMS.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end learning role. You’ll partner to design and deliver training solutions that support a smooth rollout and long-term adoption of new systems. You’ll also play a key role in embedding training and learning supports into business-as-usual, ensuring our people have access to effective, timely, and easy-to-use resources long after go-live.

You’ll have the opportunity to apply your instructional design skills across a variety of formats—from job aids and eLearning to live workshops and SharePoint learning hubs. As the learning lead for systems projects, you’ll also shape the learning plan, coordinate delivery, maintain training records, and continuously improve the learning experience using feedback and data.
