You’ll also play a key role in embedding training and learning supports into business-as-usual, ensuring our people have access to effective, timely, and easy-to-use resources long after go-live.
You’ll have the opportunity to apply your instructional design skills across a variety of formats—from job aids and eLearning to live workshops and SharePoint learning hubs. As the learning lead for systems projects, you’ll also shape the learning plan, coordinate delivery, maintain training records, and continuously improve the learning experience using feedback and data.
