Victorian Minister for Housing, Martin Foley, was on-site at Melbourne City Mission’s Frontyard Youth Services at 19 King Street, to mark the start of the $8 million construction project to create a world-first, fully integrated response to youth homelessness.
Victoria’s largest youth homelessness service is calling on the Victorian Government to take urgent action to stop young people being evicted at age 18 from foster care into homelessness.
