Funds are available for an agency to develop their own group-based program or to deliver one that is already established.
Eligible group-based activities include:
FRMP brokerage does not cover wages for any internal agency staff.
Participation in group-based activities should support young people to achieve goals related to FRMP objectives.

Agencies are responsible for:
Ensure that the young people meet FRMP eligibility criteria.
For established group-based programs, ensure the program and program facilitators are an appropriate fit for the young people. The following details should be considered:
Use the FRMP Funding to Run Your Own Group Application Form to apply for brokerage to run the group-based sessions.
Inform the young people of the requirement to complete Pre and Post Evaluation Forms and when required, support the young person to do so.
Once the application has been approved, FRMP will contact the organisation to arrange payment.
Please note that payment to your organisation may take up to four weeks from application approval.
Comply with FRMP acquittal of funds process once the group work/group therapy sessions have been completed.
Funds are available for individual young people to participate in existing group-based activities.
Eligible group-based activities include:
Funding is to cover fees only. Alternative sources of funding should be accessed for associated materials and equipment.
Up to $500.00 per application.
Two applications per financial year.

Support Workers are responsible for:
Ensure that the young person meets FRMP eligibility criteria.
Contact the organisation providing the group-based activity to ensure it is an appropriate fit for the young person. The following details should be considered:
Use the FRMP Funding to Attend an Existing Group Application Form to apply for brokerage on the young person’s behalf.
Inform the young person of the requirement to complete FRMP Pre and Post Group Work/Therapy Evaluation Forms and if required, support the young person to do so.
Once the application has been approved, FRMP will contact the organisation to arrange direct payment. Please note that the cost of the group work/therapy should not exceed $500.00. Please note that applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the first group-based session.
